SMS Terms & Conditions — Effective July 16, 2026 · Knight Division Tactical, LLC

1. Program. KDT sends operational text messages to its own personnel, contractors, and job applicants (hiring updates, job offers, dispatch offers, schedule/safety notices, account/login notices). Internal only — no marketing, not to the public.
2. Opt-in. You receive messages only if you gave KDT your mobile number during application/hiring/onboarding and consented. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Frequency. Varies with activity — usually a few per week; more during active deployment or hiring.
4. Fees. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt-out / help. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help, or email ols@knightdivisiontactical.com.
6. Privacy. Policy at knightdivisiontactical.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
