Privacy Policy — Effective July 29, 2026 · Knight Division Tactical, LLC

KDT SuperApp is Knight Division Tactical’s internal operations platform, used exclusively by KDT’s contractors and authorized personnel. It is not a consumer product and collects no data from the general public, except contact information voluntarily submitted by job and contractor applicants through our online application and onboarding forms.

What we collect (from authorized personnel and applicants only): account & identity (name, work contact, role, credentials); work records (missions, dispatches, timesheets, qualifications, training); location (deployed field personnel share live location on mission status; leadership sharing is opt-in); messages & files; usage & audit logs.

What we don’t do: no advertising, ad tracking, or third-party analytics; no sale of personal data; no collection from anyone who isn’t an authorized KDT user or applicant.

SMS / text messaging: Individuals opt in to receive operational text messages (hiring updates, job offers, dispatch offers, schedule/safety notices, account notices) by checking an SMS-consent box on Knight Division Tactical’s online job and contractor-onboarding forms at knightdivisiontactical.com. The box is unchecked by default. Only individuals who affirmatively opt in this way receive texts. Consent is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies by activity. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
