Michael Schulz was born into a horse and cattle ranching family. His style of work has made him well known in the industry as the one who lands contracts. Schulz's business background is as diverse as his story. Before and shortly after graduating, he co-founded and took part in several business ventures and community projects where he frequently took the role of community outreach, project coordination and on-the-ground sales. After graduating the Academy of Science and Entrepreneurship Michael attended and graduated a real estate school in Brooklyn, NY. Using his knowledge and experience as a trader, he founded and led a private investment group and established his career in B2B sales. His primary interests are his church, his family and Private Security Contracting.

There he graduated with a degree in Comparative Religion with study of Russian and Norwegian language. After Harvard he volunteered for the United States
Matthew McCalla is a perennial leader and challenge seeker. After graduating as the salutatorian and president of his high school in Pennsylvania he matriculated at Harvard University. There he graduated with a degree in Comparative Religion with study of Russian and Norwegian language. After Harvard he volunteered for the United States Army, graduated from Officer Candidate School and chose to serve as an Infantry Officer. He deployed once with 10th MTN Division, earned his Ranger Tab, and served as a platoon leader before leaving the service. Matt is an active member of his Church, a perennial student, and avid lifter and martial artist with an interest in language and foreign affairs. He lives to lead in the field and excels at the task.

Nicholas Norman grew up in a small town in Northeast Texas. After graduating, he embarked on a career in the construction trade where he gained years of leadership experience. Subsequently, he moved his family to Dallas and transitioned into a sales role with one of Texas’ most prestigious remodeling companies. His passion lies in leading his family according to God’s will, coaching Special Olympic athletes at the Area and State level, and continually striving to learn each day. In his free time, Nic enjoys making individual first aid kits and emergency preparedness kits for friends and loved ones. He strives to be virtuous in all of his actions and be an example of Christ.
